On the morning of October 08, 2015, at Lot B1-3, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone, Tan Phu Trung Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City, Thai Duong Rubber Technology Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the factory of technical rubber parts. The ceremony took place in a beautiful sunny day, promising a good start for the new project.

At 10:00 am on April 27, 2015, Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation has held a ground breaking ceremony and officially started the construction of a factory in Lot C1-6, Street N8, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone. The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere with the presence of the Board of Directors and all officers and employees of SCD.

In the morning of 15 April 2015, at the office of Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation (SCD), the ceremony of land lease contract signing for the land lot at Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone took place between Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation (SCD) and Phuong Nam Soundproof Insulating Company Limited.

On March 18, 2015, at the Office of Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation (SCD), Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone, Cu Chi, a land lease contract has been signed between SCD and Peace Age Medical Equipment Co., Ltd.

On 12/03/2015, the program titled "Cultural Entrepreneur for the construction and development of the country - Cultural Corporation with many social contributions" formally took place in Nam Dinh City.   Accordingly, the Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation (SCD) - Investor of Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Anh - CEO were both honoured.
