In the morning of 15 April 2015, at the office of Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation (SCD), the ceremony of land lease contract signing for the land lot at Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone took place between Northwest Saigon City Development Corporation (SCD) and Phuong Nam Soundproof Insulating Company Limited.
As the signed contract, Phuong Nam Soundproof Insulating Company Limited leases the land at Lot B5-9, Road No.D4 with the area of 1ha and the total investment capital of 48 billions VNĐ. The land lot shall be used byPhuong Nam Soundproof Insulating Company Limited to implement the Phuong Nam insulating material manufacturing plant project for manufacturing insulating partition board, ceiling boarding.
