On the morning of October 08, 2015, at Lot B1-3, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone, Tan Phu Trung Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City, Thai Duong Rubber Technology Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the factory of technical rubber parts. The ceremony took place in a beautiful sunny day, promising a good start for the new project.

Established since 2000, with the main business line of environment-friendly technical rubber parts such as pet toys, rubber used in the water supply sector, rubber products for the agricultural industry (cow carpets or milking equipment), and other high-tech products, the company has supplied to the market 1,000 tons/year, significantly contributing to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the past 15 years.

2010 has marked the milestone of Thai Duong Rubber Technology Joint Stock Company for welcoming a strategic joint venture shareholder (HULTEC), raising the charter capital to 47 billion dong. With the decision to expand production and business and to develop the domestic and international market, in the beginning of Quarter II, 2015, Thai Duong Rubber Technology Joint Stock Company has leased land for building a new factory with a production scale of 600 tons/year named "Factory of Technical Rubber parts". The factory is located at Lot B1-3, N5 Road, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City with a total area of 9,022.5m². The project is expected to start construction in November 2015 and to be put into operation in June 2016.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere with the presence of members of the Board of Directors, members of Thai Duong Rubber Technology Joint Stock Company and representatives of the Management Board of Tan Phu Trung IZ.

On this occasion, the Management Board of Tan Phu Trung IZ has attended & sent flowers to congratulate and hope the best wishes to Thai Duong Rubber Technology Joint Stock Company.

The representative of the investor, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - Chairman of the Board of Directors has also shared the development directions in the future & expressed his deep gratitude to the representatives of partners, customers and Tan Phu Trung IZ for the continuous support to Thai Duong Rubber Technology Joint Stock Company during the past 15 years of formation and development. In the future development directions, he always believes & hopes to receive the companionship, trust & support of partners and customers so as to contribute to the development of the company's products and brand throughout the region.

As of October 2015, particularly after the provisions on preferential corporate income tax exemption in Tan Phu Trung Industrial Zone have taken effect (the Circular No. 78/2014 TT-BTC dated June 18, 2014), the construction and development of new projects have been rapidly increased with many construction and investment of many different industries. They are making an exciting atmosphere and an entirely-new appearance of the industry of HCM CITY - Tan Phu Trung IZ in particular & the whole country in general.
